We deliver Australia wide with a convenient flat rate charge of $8.00 no matter how much coffee you order! Packages will be “aimed” at being dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation on working days (exceptions apply on public holidays) and should arrive (for most locations) within 2 working days from dispatch. Rural deliveries may take up to 5 days to arrive depending on location. We endeavour to meet these targets and should there be any issues regarding your delivery direct contact will be made via the email address you supply with relevant information.

We use Australia Post to deliver your Common Ground goods. Please choose your shipping address carefully, we request a work address if no one is at home during the day to ensure your coffee arrives safe and sound.

We do not take responsibility for coffee once it has left the roastery.


Due to the organic nature of coffee we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on coffee items. If you have any queries regarding the coffee you have received please email feedback to

For all other products including merchandise, coffee equipment and so on, refunds and exchanges will only be processed after receiving a RA code from our staff.

We will happily exchange or refund any non-coffee items that have a pre-existing manufacturing flaw, if the product is returned in its original unused condition in with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

If you would like to receive an RA for a particular item please email the following information to

1.     name of product
2.     date purchased
3.     scan/copy of receipt of purchase (email invoice should suffice)
4.     details of flaw

RA requests will be processed by our staff within 5 working days of receiving your email and if approved exchange items will be sent (free of charge) back to you within 14 working days of receiving faulty goods un-used, with original packaging and copy of receipt.
